Terms of delivery
Send conditions 1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
2. The product, provided that units are available in stock, will be delivered in 24 hours from the day following the order date. In case of not having enough stock, NIRVEL COSMETICS, SL.L will inform the customer via e-mail.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
In case of delay in delivery, it will not imply any cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Shipping costs will be:
- Shipping cost 24h peninsula 6 € packages up to 5 kgs
- Shipping cost 24h peninsula 12 € packages up to 15 kgs
- Cost shipping 24h peninsula packages more than 20kgs check in firstname.lastname@example.org
- Balearic shipping cost € 18 packages up to 5 kgs
- Canary shipping cost: Consular in email@example.com
- Cost of countries within the European Union: Check in firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cost of foreign shipping (outside the EU): Check in email@example.com
- Shipping cost € 0 for pick-up at NIRVEL COSMETICS, S.L. 7. If there is a withholding at customs at the time of shipment to Ceuta, Melilla or abroad, the expense shall be borne by the customer. 8. Orders will be sent by MRW courier.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, from the date of receipt of the order, to make the return, by default or breakage. In the same way, it is understood that it is a return the fact of not receiving the package once it has already left our warehouses. The right of return will not apply to those personalized products or that for reasons of hygiene or other legally contemplated exceptions are not subject to return.
To make a return you must consider the following:
- The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or handled, without having been unsealed and must arrive in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels. Both the cost of shipping to the customer and the cost of it to our warehouses are borne by the customer.
- We cannot be responsible for shipments confiscated by customs or other similar entities. If you had to make a payment in customs, it will be borne by the customer.
- The fees implicit in the payment method will not be paid.
- If an order cancellation is made and the cancellation request arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have any shipping costs.
Returns must be previously authorized by NIRVEL COSMETICS, S.L .. To do this, you must contact us indicating the order number and, if you wish, the reasons for the return. Once your request is received, we will inform you by email of the steps to be performed. The refund of the amount will be made by the same means by which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
