Way of use:
To remove the perm solution from the hair, rinse with water.
With the perm hair-curlers still rolled up, soak them with the neutralizer for 5 minutes.
After this time has elapsed, remove them, soak the hair once more and leave the product for another 5 minutes.
Finally rinse thoroughly with water.
