Equality Plan Nirvel Cosmetics
At Nirvel Cosmetics, sensitive to the needs that society demands and in line with our social responsibility activities, we express our willingness to implement an equality plan in the company to improve equal treatment between men and women.
In 2019 we began the process of implementing an equality plan in the company in order to reflect the commitment we already had with equality and highlight the actions that were being carried out in this area, in addition to carrying out new actions to improve and consolidate equality in the company.
Through the implementation of this plan, we declare our commitment to the development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without direct or indirect discrimination based on sex. As well as in promoting and promoting measures to achieve real equality within our organization, establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of Corporate Policy and Human Resources.
This strategic principle will be applied in each and every one of the areas in which the activity of this company is carried out, from selection to promotion, passing through salary policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health, the organization of working time and conciliation.
The main purpose of this equality plan is to consolidate real and effective equality of opportunity for all the people who work in the company. The Equality Plan will apply to all workers of Nirvel Cosmetics, regardless of their hierarchical level or any other aspect and will apply equally in all work centers (present future of the company).
