R&D&I – Digitisation of value chain processes

Nirvel SL is committed to digitisation across all processes of its value chain; therefore, it has been investing in recent years with the purpose of increasing productivity and improving competitiveness. Some of these investment projects have received financial support from IVACE through the Digitaliza CV Programme and from the European Union, as the project was selected in the Valencian Community 2014-2020 ERDF OP.

One of them is PROJECT: IMINOC/2016/11.- IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION DATA TO IMPROVE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING PROCESSES AT NIRVEL, S.L.

The sensorisation of the packaging machines has been implemented as part of this project, enabling the collection and monitoring of the main operating variables, based on the OEE philosophy for large batch production. This provides a clear view over the areas with potential for improvement and the subsequent implementation of improvement actions.

Financial support from IVACE through the SME Innovation Programme. Industry 4.0 Adaptation

Support from the European Union as the project was selected in the Valencian Community 2014-2020 ERDF OP.
